Lead time on repairs is usually 3-4 business weeks, but if you are enrolled in exchange program Global Borescope will keep a fiberscope on the shelf ready to exchange for 90 days. • Fill out request for quote form and repair-exchange enrollment form
• Request RMA and send in damaged unit
• After Global receives of your fiberscope you will receive repair estimate with exchange option
• Quantity discounts 1-3 exchanges per year no discount, 4-6 per year 10%, 7-10 15%, 11-15 20%, 16-20 25%, 21-30 30% 

Upon exchange apply additional 350.00 core-exchange discount
